Meet Wren:

On August 6, 2016, 3-year-old Wren was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL). She and her family are Fort Mill locals. Wren bravely battled her cancer with chemo and radiation for 2.5 years, and in December 2018 she loudly rang the bell, signaling the end of treatment! But, there are still 43 other children diagnosed every single day; 5 of those 43 will not survive. So, Wren's family and others continue to fight. Did you know that funding for pediatric cancer research totals less than 4% on a national level? Wren loves helping to make and deliver Wren’s Wallets ( full of local gift cards for support during long hospital stays) to families, just like hers, at Levine Children’s Hospital who are battling pediatric cancer.  Her families 501C3 raises funds to support local blood drives and is hard at work with the Red Cross!
