Children's, Tween and Teen Yoga and Mindfulness Classes !
We are excited to get back to classes this fall!
Classes will be held at new locations this year but with the same instructors! Miss Dawn and Miss Lori will continue to be our lead teachers and we welcome Miss Luz (a fabulous OT and Yoga Teacher) to continue her training with us this fall!

Tween Yoga and Mindfulness (Ages 10-12) At OM Yoga & 8th Limb Yoga
Movement, and therefore yoga, is essential for fast-growing bodies. Yoga can also provide pre-teens with essential life tools such as self-esteem and confidence, inner and outer strength, attention and concentration, and heightened awareness of both oneself and others. This interactive class provides a small group environment for Tweens to practice interactive social skills while practicing mindfulness activities and learning yoga poses and introductory level yoga flows.
