*TWEEN Yoga Book Club- This Class is Live Stream and runs for 3 Fridays Starting 4/17
All classes promote strength and flexibility inside and out! We are all experiencing new feelings and new stressors each day at this time and so our are children. These classes are designed to teach physical and emotional strength and flexibility, focus, attention, self awareness and more. Techniques are shared that assist in self calming and assist the children with "what to do" with feelings of anxiety or unease. These skills are vital for our children and necessary now more than ever in our current world.
