New Format for 2022 Adult Yoga Classes!
Please read on for important information and new scheduling!  Thank you!

We are so grateful for all of you that come to our adult yoga classes at MMM Family Yoga and Massage!   We have decided to make some changes as a result of listening to many of you express the challenges in family life over the past two years. 

You have told us that getting to weekly classes is simply a challenge at this time.  Whether it was quarantines, work, changes in the kids schedules, etc. something was always popping up preventing you from coming to class and your attendance bumped from one week to the next.  Then before you knew it, the holidays were here and busy schedules and school days off provided a greater challenge. 

"Perhaps I need to be committed" we heard from many... and well now many of you are ready...

SO.... Here it is!   We are very excited to put into place
what many of you have been asking for!  


Announcing the
Winter 2022 ADULT & Teen CLASS SERIES Schedule!

  • Each Adult or Teen Class Series will run for 4 to 6 weeks. 
  • You can choose the best class, workshop and time of the year for you!
  • You will receive a newsletter update each month to remind you what is upcoming! 
  • You will find monthly Coaching events planned with Coach Sandra Oliver - "Finding Your Balance", "Reaching for the Stars" or "Standing Your Ground"
  • Specialty Workshops such as this Saturdays “How Do You Love” Couples Workshop and this Sundays "Intro to Nourish to Flourish" Workshop on the monthly calendar! 
  • We welcome Sara Cain DaCosta and Wendy Swanson - experienced instructors as they guide us in the workshop "Nourish to Flourish" on Mondays at 6:30pm and "Slow Flow Yoga & Meditation" on Thursdays at 9:15am
  • Registrations will be open and ongoing until a series is full.  


Don't worry if you had class passes they will be transferred to account credit for your use towards an upcoming Adult or Teen Class
Series of your choice!
