This weeks brings the official start of Adult & Teen Class Series & Workshops to our studio! If you missed last weeks update email below is a reminder of the changes upcoming this week and the adult and teen future schedule!
Winter 2022 ADULT & Teen CLASS SERIES Schedule!
Each Adult or Teen Class Series will run for 4 to 6 weeks. See graphics below for current class choices.
You can choose the best class, workshop and time of the year for you!
You will receive a newsletter update each month to remind you what is upcoming!
You will find monthly Coaching events planned with Coach Sandra Oliver- "Reaching for the Stars", "Standing Your Ground"and "Finding Your Balance" Coming Saturday 2/19/22 at 1pm
We welcome Sara Cain DaCosta and Wendy Swanson - experienced instructors as they guide us in the workshop"Nourish to Flourish" on Mondays at 6:30pmand"Slow Flow Yoga & Meditation" on Thursdays at 9:15am
Registrations will be open and ongoing until a series is full.
Ongoing Specialty Workshops will be offered throughout the year as well!
If you have class passes they will be transferred to account credit for your use towards an upcoming Adult or Teen Class Series of your choice or towards massage services.

Our current Children's & Tween Winter Session 2022 will end on March 13th.
The Spring Session 2022 8-Week Session -"Parent and Toddler Yoga"(ages 2 -P/S), "Young Yogis Mindful Adventures" Ages 5-8 years and 8-10 years, "Tween Yoga and Mindfulness" will begin on March 14th and enrollment will open February 22, 2022.
