Movement, Mindfulness and Me is "ON THE MOVE"
With the increasing opportunities to bring our Children's, Tween and Teen Yoga & Mindfulness programming to alternate locations, to partner with local schools once again and to be an active consulting partner with programs that support our local families, the team at MMM has made an exciting but difficult decision to be ON THE MOVE!
But as many of you already know- there is no need to worry -
MMM is not going far from our current yoga house and we will still be local!
MMM is announcing today that we are partnering with the great folks at Model A Brewing to host classes at theTega Cay Beach & Swim Center! From September through June, MMM will continue the most popular adult classes that we have created to support our local families, right here on the TC peninsula!
Many of you can walk to yoga and we are excited for that!
Read on for the details & click below to see the schedule!
Classes will be in a session format- Pick one class at one time and enroll for the entire session. (Makeups can be in other classes by contacting MMM)

Psychologists agree that yoga can improve your mental health, and the National Institutes of Health (NIH) supports yoga specifically for dealing with anxiety.
"As we practice yoga, we seek to find our flow and channel inner stores of energy. Participating in a group yoga class provides a sense of harmony and connection that really enhances the wellness experience. Working on asanas as a group allows us to build shared energy that’s really inspiring.
If you’re new to yoga, the energy of a group class can be just the lift you need to get going. If you already practice yoga as an individual, group classes will make the perfect accompaniment to your regular routine."
