Movement Mindfulness and Me starts 2018 with a new series of Pre-school “Caregiver and Me” classes, continuing our MMM Mindfulness classes, providing adaptive yoga classes to local young adult and enrichment centers and working with families individually! Currently, we continue to hold classes in "pop-up" locations while we search for a forever home! We are looking forward to finding our just right space so that we can continue to expand our offerings for children, families and adults!

Pre-school “Caregiver and Me”: Come join us on January 9th for a free family class at the Gathering Room at the TC Beach Club! We will meet at 9 am for 45 minuets of yoga based movements set to a storybook theme! An 8 week Preschool series is set to follow this free class on January 16th! Registration includes the 8 week session and a copy of the CD set of Kidding Around Yoga Songs from the program!
We have a 3rd through 5th gradeMMM Class running on Monday evenings from 5:30- 6:30. There are 4 sessions remaining in that 8 week series and a new series will begin mid-February! This Movement Mindfulness and Me class follows an 8 week curriculum that focuses on a weekly mindfulness lesson as well as yoga poses that each participant can practice at home. The series includes all practice materials and parent information. The goal of this group is to educate and empower the participant in how they can use techniques of mindful awareness to improve their daily lives.
