May 3rd Week Classes

So friends... we’ve been sharing a lot lately about the fabulous
Mixed Levels Vinyasa Flow classes at the lake this Spring & they are great...

BUT sometimes our bodies also enjoy peace... a time to find stillness & ease in the midst of the daily chaos our bodies & minds experience. 

Each week Lindsay teaches two fabulous β€œslower” classes... classes that allow time for the BODY to MOVE with enough stillness for YOU to HEAR what it has to say to you πŸ™πŸ». 

If moving a bit more slowly, allowing time for stretching & releasing and feeling rested afterwards sounds good to you...

Join Lindsay at 9:15 am or 7:15 pm on Tuesdays for a combination of a touch of slow flow, restorative and an introduction to YIN yoga πŸ’™πŸ™πŸ»πŸ’™
