Massage, Yoga & Summer Camps!

Massage Appointments Return May 18th
Massage is back in the little yoga house and we could not be happier to be here to meet your bodywork needs! Please read the details below...
Appointments will be limited, only one client in building at a time, thorough and deep cleaning will occur on all hard surfaces between clients and all soft coverings will be replaced as always. Face cradles will be changed and cleaned between each client. New Client... Newly cleaned face cradle.
Masks will be worn by providers, temperatures will be taken before each shift for providers and before each appointment with a client and guidelines will be followed for hand washing before and after services by both client and provider. Hand sanitizing stations will be found throughout.
Each client will be asked to bring and wear a mask in the studio and during portions of the massage service whenever possible for best prevention practice.
All services to be pre-paid when booked online or through calling the studio to minimize credit card handling as much as possible as well. (This) Thank you!
A "Welcome Back To Massage Special" is active now through May 30th!
Buy 2 -60 minute massages ($140) and one is

We asked you in our most recent surveys and we heard what we love about our little yoga house... true humanity! Some of you are ready to return and many of you, for many good reasons are not. We have always been about providing yoga to EVERYONE and that is not going to change now.... So please scroll and read on... Decide what fits you and your needs best and of course,
reach out to us if you have questions.
We plan to open the doors to "the little yoga house" on May 18th with a modified schedule and LIMITED IN STUDIO SPACES. We plan to do this SLOWLY.
We will continue to offer Live Stream Attendance to each class and we have NEW HOME DELIVERY ADULT MEMBERSHIPS to announce!
We have also been busy working on an outdoor area for OUTDOOR CLASSES that we will announce soon!
In Studio Details:
•Class sizes will be limited to 4 students maximum. This will allow us to maintain social distancing protocols and follow the SC State recommendations.
•We know some of you have been waiting to get 'back into class" and we are excited to teach again as well. In order to attend in person, you must register online or on the Achieve mobile app and choose a mat placement at least 2 hours before the start of class. These four spaces per class are first come first serve and pre-registration is available now. It is recommended that a mask be worn in the studio as much as possible.
•If possible, please purchase yourclass passes online to minimize contact.
•Everyone MUST bring their own yoga mats. Loaner mats will not be available at this time. We will have additional mats for sale at the studio please contact us to pre-purchase.
•Towels, blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets will NOT be available at this time. We encourage you to bring your own from home.
Students will be asked to leave the building at the end of class as staff will need time to thoroughly clean before the next class. Thank you!

So if you are not yet comfortable attending classes in studio- we understand.

New Monthly Membership Options
Premium Monthly Membership!
This membership delivers 4 classes a week to your inbox to use whenever you choose! You will receive one Gentle Class, one Slow Flow Class, one Mixed Flow Class and one Power Flow Class each week! (These classes will be our LIVE classes from the previous week) When you are a monthly member you can also attend classes live by registering as listed above and as class size permits. Monthly $128 (your classes are $8 each - a $14 value)
This membership guarantees you will never miss your favorite class! We heard from many of you that everyday in your life looks different these days and that committing to a class time is tough and even when you do sometimes things happen and you cannot log in at the time of the class! We hear you!
This option allows for your favorite class to be delivered to your inbox every Monday. You will have access to that class for a full week until your next set of classes arrives the following Monday! You can download your class and use it at your leisure anytime anywhere! Monthly $48 ( your class is $12- a $14 value). You too can attend the class in person if you choose by registering online following the guidelines above. Single Class Monthly is available for:

*Please note that you may receive a duplicate class in your delivery when you attend class in person.

Summer Children's Camps and Programming
Two weeks remain in our Spring 2020 Session! Classes have been delivered virtually every Monday morning and boy have we missed seeing each and every child and family!
Last weekend we shared a survey with our current families regarding summer programming.
We believe at this time that the most responsible way to bring yoga to your children this summer is to wait until after June 15th, with a maximum #of 5 children per camp, to begin our camps and reserve the option to make changes as developments occur. We truly honor each of you and encourage you to use your best judgement in choosing attendance at camp this year. For a detailed list of our protocols and procedures please email and we will gladly send a PDF to you listing our changes this summer.
Registration is now OPEN for our camps from 6/22 forward!
Camp Hours 9am-Noon Monday through Friday Drop off at 8:50 - 9 am
Maximum number of participants will be 5 per camp session
"We Missed You" Early Bird discounted rate of $199.00 per camper is available through June 15th (not available with any other offer)
After June 15th each weekly rate is 224.99 per camper

Tween Yoga Book Club starts again! 5/22, 5/29 and 6/5 at 4pm Book is FISH IN A TREE by Lynda Hunt
We are excited to continue this option for our Tweens (ages approx 10-12) as another avenue to embrace their yoga practice physically, mentally & emotionally. Our first session was well received and we are launching our 2nd session starting this coming Friday, May 22nd!
Tween Book Club is a 3-week session meeting virtually (via ZOOM) on Friday afternoons from 4pm-5pm. $40 for three weeks with our virtual discount. This is a great opportunity for tweens to share thoughts and ideas and socialize during these times of continued social distancing!
Geared towards engaging the mind & the body and giving equal time for both!
An open virtual discussion incorporating various viewpoints about the book that is relative to some of the social, emotional & developmental situations that many of our Tweens encounter
Following our conversations we will practice Yoga postures in a flow sequence & end with a time of relaxation (Savasana).
We encourage our M,M and Me Tweens to invite friends they would like to "see" virtually each week!
