New Adult Classes
We are so excited to be adding new teachers and
New Adult Classes beginning 8/26!
Take a morning mixed flow class at 9:15am, a Power Flow class at 1pm or even a Gentle class at 11:45am. Expecting or know someone who is? Take a Pre-Natal Class on Wednesdays or a Gentle class in the evenings. Looking for a Basics and Beyond Class or Restorative Deep Stretch in the evening- you will find it on Tuesdays! Or maybe a Chair Yoga class is your speed - we have you covered on Fridays!
Teen Yoga- OH YEAH! That's our thing on Thursday evenings with Delaney or Sunday afternoons with Katie!

Ayurveda with a local Wellness Coach as our guest!
Ayurveda is a system of healing with its roots in ancient India and is literally translated as the “science of life". It deals with nature, the purpose of life, and includes the physical and metaphysical aspects of health and disease, happiness and sorrow, pain and pleasure. As a medical science its purpose is to heal and maintain the quality and longevity of life. It breathes and moves with each individual, treating the whole person, not just a symptom or organ. Ayurveda teaches that in order to maintain balance on the inside of our bodies, we need to mirror what is going on with nature. Waking and sleeping with the sun. Eating foods that are in season. And maintaining a healthy life balance that allows for creative expression in our lives (dancing, laughing, playing, painting, creating music, cooking). And simply, to be present. Too often we are caught in the story telling loop of what happened yesterday or what could happen tomorrow. Meditation, mindfulness, and being present to what is going on right now, will also give our nervous system information that allows us to accurately assess our environment; and then hopefully “relax” instead of always feeling on edge or being anxious.
