Movement Mindfulness and Me is up and running serving our community in
"The Little Yoga House" located at 1824 Gold Hill Road in Fort Mill, SC 29708.
Our grand opening weekend was a great success with over 100 people dropping in to see our facility, learn more about our services, meet our team and
sign-up for classes. Thank you! Door prizes were also given away, including free massages and yoga gift baskets!

So many of you have visited during our Free Trial weeks and we have enjoyed meeting each of you! Winter Session registration is open now so you can continue with us through the winter months!
