Someone Who Loves Me & Me!

Do you have or know of a 2 to 4 year old at home with "Someone Who Loves Them" on Fridays?
This is a class designed for children that are walking (active crawlers close to walking counts too!) through approximately age 4. They are up off the floor and on the move- this class allows them to move their active bodies in a safe and supportive environment!
We start with fun songs and movement, add in some creative breathing and introduce yoga poses all along the way!
Multi- sensory cues are provided throughout the class such as pose pictures to visually demonstrate the poses and promote visual attention!
Parents are strongly encouraged to dress comfortably and join in to model what yoga is all about for everyone! No yoga experience required!
As with our other yoga mini classes this class is totally caregiver and toddler friendly - please feel free to care for your little yoga mini in any way that you need to during this class… we do not expect “perfect behavior” and cooperation from our toddlers!
Tears , laughter, silence and retreat from activity is all expected at this age and is ok.
This class is intended to provide exposure, experience and physical development opportunities as well as bonding with parent or caregiver... gaining a little core strength, balance and stability for all of the great skills coming next for your little yoga mini is a bonus!
