Our teachers are back in the swing of all that
2021 has to offer!
We have been so happy this week to see many of you back on your mat & in for appointments despite the hectic and unpredictable
pace of the world around us lately!
We are in the studio every day. Here are some updates for you!
- Adult classes are back on the weekly schedule. Join us for Restorative, Slow Flow & Meditation, Mixed Level Vinyasa Flow, and Power Flow Express. Chair Class resumes 1/25 *See our Winter 2021 schedule below
- Massage and Reiki schedules are fully active - it was great to see so many of you this week!
- Chair Yoga will resume on Monday January 25th at 11 am
- Trial a class using the code TryMMMYoga to bring a friend or try your first class
- New Pricing for Teen Class Passes
We continue to limit to 5 persons per class to promote social distancing, and are continuing all protocols in place before the holiday break.
