Energetic classes designed by RCYT’s and overseen by a pediatric therapist specifically with the motor, cognitive and developmental needs of children from Pre-Schoolers to Teens in mind. Movement and mindfulness experiences are embedded in each class designed to improve self-regulation, attention, ability to follow directions, build strength/stamina and so much more!
Each class closes with the concept of quiet and stillness of the mind that benefits children of all ages. When we practice self reflection and stillness we learn to become less reactive and more responsive in daily life situations. Through practice, just like any sport or musical instrument, these social-emotional skills become more automatic and begin to occur more naturally in daily life and we love sharing them with children in fun and engaging ways!
All Sessions are 8 weeks in duration and begin the week of August 16th!
