The little yoga house has been rocking and rolling this fall...
As everyone's new 2020 fall schedules started we opened the doors to our little yoga house with limited capacity children's, tween, teen and adult classes and we have been hosting small outdoor custom group classes since August! 

Mini Movers, Young Yogis Mindful Adventures, Tween & Teen Classes

Monday 4:30pm YYMA ages 8-10 years
Tuesday 4:30pm YYMA ages 6 -8 years
Thursday 4:30pm YYMA ages 8-10 years
Thursday 5:45pm Tween Yoga ages 10-13 years
Friday 10:15am Mini Movers  ages 4-6 years/ P/S
Saturday 9:15am YYMA ages 8-10 years
Sunday 12:30pm Teen Yoga  ages 13+

Yoga By The Lake

As the cooler temps settled in, join us for the last few weeks of Yoga By the Lake. Dress in layers and bring along socks (jump park socks work great they have grippers!) & a blanket for Savasana!

Tuesdays at 7pm - Gentle
Thursdays at 9 am  Slow Flow Vinyasa
Saturdays at 7:30  Vinyasa Flow

* These classes will continue indoors or online in November

New Series for Caregivers- Poses and Affirmations to Refresh and Empower! 

Do you have a child, adult child, spouse or another that you care for daily?  This multi-week series is dedicated to you! 

Maybe you’re tired of hearing, “Make sure you take care of yourself, too.”

As a caregiver you may hear it so often—it may even begin to lose its meaning, or it just becomes something else to take up space on your list. “Just how and I suppose to do that?” you may ask.    Part of the beauty of practicing yoga is that it can address a lot of different issues at once, especially if you combine physical and mental exercises together.

This new series is designed with caregivers in mind, is offered day and night & will begin  Tuesday 10/20 at 7pm and Wednesday 10/28 at 11:30 am

We are efforting to make it easier for you to take time to renew and restore each week. This weekly class will lead us through a combination of a Restorative / Slow flow class (beginners are welcome and encouraged) with attention to breath and mindfulness. We will focus on renewing our bodies and our minds in this class series-

If this is your first class at MMM, trial the first class of this series complimentary (if there is space available) by calling the studio and we will assist you in registering.  Class is limited to 6 participants and masks can be worn during class session.
