New Series for Caregivers- Poses and Affirmations to Refresh and Empower!
Do you have a child, adult child, spouse or another that you care for daily? This multi-week series is dedicated to you!
Maybe you’re tired of hearing, “Make sure you take care of yourself, too.”
As a caregiver you may hear it so often—it may even begin to lose its meaning, or it just becomes something else to take up space on your list. “Just how and I suppose to do that?” you may ask. Part of the beauty of practicing yoga is that it can address a lot of different issues at once, especially if you combine physical and mental exercises together.
This new series is designed with caregivers in mind, is offered day and night & will begin Tuesday 10/20 at 7pm and Wednesday 10/28 at 11:30 am
We are efforting to make it easier for you to take time to renew and restore each week. This weekly class will lead us through a combination of a Restorative / Slow flow class (beginners are welcome and encouraged) with attention to breath and mindfulness. We will focus on renewing our bodies and our minds in this class series- See the website or call the studio today to register.
If this is your first class at MMM, trial the first class of this series complimentary (if there is space available) by calling the studio and we will assist you in registering. Class is limited to 6 participants and masks can be worn during class session.
