Movement Mindfulness & Me  means more Yoga by the Lake, Children's Classes, Massage  and a TV Clip!  Wow...

Join us this fall for Mini Movers, Young Yogis Mindful Adventures or Tween Yoga and Mindfulness!
Classes start Monday August 31st

During the new schedules emerging this fall we hope to be a familiar face in the crowd to our families anda place of fun and comfort to both
new & experienced families!

Classes are available for:
"Mini Movers"  ages 4 to 6 years  (Fridays)
"Young Yogis Mindful Adventures"  ages 5 to 8 years (Tuesdays)
"Young Yogis Mindful Adventures" ages 8 to 10 years (Mondays,Thursdays, Saturdays)
"Tween Yoga and Mindfulness"  ages 10-13 (Thursdays and Sundays)
Teen Only Yoga  ages 13-16 (Wednesdays and Sundays)

Children are introduced to and continue to explore yoga poses through age appropriate play and narratives.  Age appropriate stories, activities, songs, are incorporated to captivate the children and ease them into trying each pose in a playful and encouraging way! 

Movements are designed to improve each child's strength, flexibility and coordination and moments of stillness and breath are included to encourage self awareness, self regulation, awareness of others and techniques that introduce the children to the power of self-regulation and anxiety reduction.

Our massage therapists having been seeing their clients each week since late May!   We are so happy to be providing this therapeutic benefit in this time of uncertainty and constant change!

Saturdays Mixed Level Vinyasa Flow 7:30 am
