At home with you anytime you are ready for us.

Whenever you can, where ever you can we wish you the moments of peace and rejuvenation that a yoga class offers.

In a recent course on clinical applications for anxiety treatment, given by Catherine M. Pittman, Ph.D., HSPP, the chair and associate professor of Psychology at Saint Mary’s College, Notre Dame she stated yoga and diaphragmatic breathing as two of the most immediate ways to affect anxiety.

We thank you for your choice to support your local studio and hope that you find sweet moments of self care while doing so during these overwhelming and anxiety filled times. We thank you again and again for your support!

Children's classes are in our online Store for no fee so that every family can enjoy. Our Spring Session will resume on April 14th and will be a virtual class (for each age group) delivered each week to your inbox.
