Children's Yoga and Mindfulness Sessions
are OPEN for REGISTRATION!

Go Online or Call the Studio Today to Register for Spring 2022 Young Yogis Mindful Adventures, Parent & Toddler Yoga, Tween and Teen Series!

  • Registration is open now - we look forward to helping you!
  • Please note the following class changes if you are a seasoned family with us : 
    • Tuesdays   5:45pm is now YOUNG YOGIS  Ages 8-10 years
    • Thursdays 4:30pm is now YOUNG YOGIS  Ages 5 -8 years
  • Teen Series  are now 4 weeks in length and can also be found in the link below.  Teen Classes alternate between SRTM (Stress Reduction through Mindfulness) and Teen Flow in 4 week sessions.
