Winter 2022 Session Children's, Tween & Teen Yoga & Mindfulness is back!
  • Classes begin the week of January 10th!  So get settled back in school and then get back to yoga!  
    • Young Yogis Mindful Adventures for 5 to 8 year olds Tuesday at 4:30 pm and 5:45 pm
    • Young Yogis Mindful Adventures for 8 to 10 year olds Thursday at 4:30 pm 
    • Tween Yoga and Mindfulness (ages approximately 10-14 years) Thursdays at 5:45pm and Sundays at 2:15pm
    • BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND!  "Mini Movers" Preschool Yoga for 4 to 6 year olds  Fridays at 9am! 

Teen Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction 4 Week Program

Join us at Movement Mindfulness and Me on January 22nd at 10:15am for a book reading with the fabulous Danielle Price!  

Danielle will read her debut best selling book "Anxious Ellie" and share a bit about what inspired her to write this book!   Copies will be available and Danielle will sign and dedicate each book purchased!  This event is FREE- Donations will be accepted for ELP to support early literacy in York County.

Yes!  We all have!  No matter what our life holds, at times, most of us have felt this way...   So Coach Sandra Oliver is back at MMM !

Coach Sandra will be with us one Saturday each month through 2022 presenting a 3-part Life Coaching series!
  • Each session in the series will be offered 4 times in 2022. 
  • Choose the dates throughout the year that work best for you.
  • Attend one or all three sessions at your own pace! 

"Mindful movement allows you to check in with your body, experience the present in a way that can help you lower stress, release stagnant energy, and strengthen your mind-body connection.  

A combination of inspirational topics, guided visualization and movement provides a safe space to become more aware of your body, your feelings and the emotions you associate with stress. 

Are you ready to go beyond "damage control" and "anxiety reduction" by moving into a holistic healing of mind, body and spirit?

  • You want to find more meaning in your life 

  • You've hit a roadblock and you crave structure, support and experience to move through it

  • You struggle to prioritize your needs over others

Each workshop focuses on an aspect of being mindful; grounding, balance and dreaming. Experience the benefits of mindful movement to connect your mind, body and soul; creating space to move  harmoniously through every decision, challenge and relationship". 

Experience 90 minutes of guided visualization and movement to help you strengthen, ground, balance and energize your whole being.

Register for one workshop for $30 or three workshops for a total of $80.

Massage Appointments continue to be available online or by calling the studio with Lucille (Wednesdays and Sundays) and Suzanne (Mon, Tues, Thurs , Fri and Sats)!

We are looking for an additional therapist who specializes in deep tissue massage.
