Children's Yoga & Mindfulness Programming
Hour long classes (Aug- June) and Summer Camps (Mornings June- August). Children participate in yoga-based games/activities and mindfulness lessons that with practice improve self- awareness, awareness of others and ability to self-regulate, calm and focus. Through practice, just like any sport or musical instrument, these social-emotional skills become more automatic and begin to occur more naturally in daily life experiences.

A comfortable studio space is provided where one can explore yoga. As a beginner or someone returning to yoga after a time away you will find a supportive and nurturing environment. We encourage you to meet your body where it is each time you come to your mat and to love its movements and abilities as you expand your practice. Modifications are provided and teachers encourage the use of props during practice. Props support the body and assist in providing the “just right” challenge for your body. We encourage meeting your edge without pain or discomfort while discovering the ease of expanding both the physical and metal body.
