New to our studio?  Here’s help getting started.
How to create a WellnessLiving account
If you are new to our studio, we use a client management tool called WellnessLiving.  In order to book a class or children’s series, you first need to creat an account by clicking this link.
(Registration form will open in a new window)
Adding Family Members
-Parents, please create your own profile with WellnessLiving first including your payment details by following the previous section above.
-Next add your child as a family member so that you can access classes for all age groups – instructions to do so can be found at this link
-Once you have created your child’s profile, you can use the drop down menu on the top right of the screen to select your child’s name to book a session.  It is important that you have the child’s name that is attending the class selected from the drop down when selecting classes so that our teachers know each child’s name and age- thank you!
How to register for a class
Once your account is created with WellnessLiving and you have a payment method (credit card) on file, the easiest way to book a class is through the Mobile app.  The WellnessLiving Achieve app is available by clicking on the appropriate link iPhone or Android.

Alternatively, you can book classes through the schedule by clicking here.

Cancellation/Transfer Policy for 8-week Session, Retreats, or Workshops
A 25% cancellation fee will be retained for 8-week session, retreat, or workshop cancellations made in writing 14 days prior to  the start of the 8-week session, retreat, or workshop. Tuition is non-refundable after that date. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a 8-week session, retreat, or workshop in the highly unlikely event of low enrollment, weather or unforeseen circumstances.
If one class of a class session is missed due to illness, vacation, etc., it can be made up in the next class instance for that same week if space permits (call the office to coordinate 803-675-5300). I understand there is no guarantee a class will be available for make-up, and that there will be no reimbursement for missed class or cancellations due to student illness or vacation. In the rare instance an instructor must cancel a class due to illness/emergency and a substitute cannot cover that class, all efforts will be made to schedule a make-up class.
No refund will be issued for retreats, special events or workshops. However, if you are unable to attend you may be transferred to a future date, if available, by contacting the office, 803-675-5300. Please note that failure to contact us in advance of the start of the retreat or workshop will result in a forfeiture of the registration fee. No exceptions.
Summer Camps
A space is being held in Summer Camp with limited space available. A refund will only be granted, minus a $50 administration fee, by contacting the office, 803-470-4533, 48 hours BEFORE the first day of camp begins. No refunds will be provided after that time period.
Birthday Parties

Cancelling a birthday party forfeits the deposit. No exceptions.
